The Bears is an organisation, which provides a structured framework and sturdy infrastructure, through an effective and fair chain of command
The Bears ranking structure mimics that of real world militaries, and similarly utilises a chain of command, together these two things lay the foundation for structure
Brotherhood
The Bears offer a level of brotherhood like that of real brothers in arms, because members of the Bears armed forces are brothers in arms!
Close teamwork through everything from rigorous military training, to military exercises, and to combat, ensures that you will have experiences and memories to share, and brother in arms to have your back
