Wars are not won by sitting around and The Bears are not idle warriors, they are warriors who charge into battle like bears - fearsome, fearless, and aggressive
Ingenuity
The quality of being clever, original, and inventive.
A Bears must be ingenuitive, and pave the way for the future. A Bear must show ingenuity and initiative, and present new and innovative ideas, they must help improve the future of the Bears, and the future of the community
Fearlessness
A lack of fear - Taking action without question to danger
The Bears are fearless warriors, entering every battle with no fear of death or defeat, and always ready to charge into battle for any mission
Fortitude
Courage in pain or adversity.
When faced with adversity and hardship, it is when it is most important to show fortitude and endure - We will stand fast

In any environment, peaceful or war torn, teamwork is a necessary measure to drive forward and succeed, therefor teamwork is an essential for every Bear
Equality
The state of being equal in rights and opportunities
Within The Bears all men, women and races are equal, and the individual is judged by the individual's efforts and actions, not the actions of their race or gender
Adaptability
The quality of being able to adjust to new conditions.
The Bears are adapt and adaptable warriors, ready to adapt, to any circumstances, ready to adopt new tactics and strategies to best execute any mission
Bears are capable warriors, ready to adapt to situation in heat of combat, whether we have to fly, drive, or shoot, then a Bear can do it
Modesty
The quality of being unassuming in the estimation of one's abilities
A Bear must be modest, and prove their skill, show their loyalty, and demonstrated their capabilities. We are only what do, not what we say

Bears have confidence in themselves, Bears confidently stand in place knowing they're well trained warriors, warriors fighting for doing what is right, ready to stand confidently in adversary, because they know they can face it
